Yes. We provide a lifetime guarantee (15 years) on all of our rings provided they are inspected by us every 12 months.

Does my ring require any maintenance?

We recommend having your ring inspected and cleaned every 12 months. This service ensures the tightness of claws to hold the gemstones in place. A timely clean keeps your ring in optimum condition.

What is GIA certified?

GIA stands for Gemological Institute of America. GIA is a non-profit committed to upholding professionalism within the jewellery industry. A GIA report represents the highest standard of reliability, consistency and integrity.

Should I insure my ring?

Absolutely yes. Many insurance companies will require you to record your ring separately due to the value. Often, your insurance company will require a valuation for this purpose. We can obtain a valuation report which will assist with this. Do note that a valuation report for insurance purposes differs from a market valuation report.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We can provide financing options between 3 - 24 months. We also offer Afterpay, allowing you to pay for your purchase in 4 fortnightly interest-free payments. 

Do you offer a duty free service?

Yes. We can arrange for your purchase to be picked up at the outbound international terminal, free of New Zealand GST. 

How long does a ring take to be made?

All custom orders will be delivered within 6 weeks of purchase within New Zealand. Stock pieces will be shipped the following day and can take up to 3 days to deliver.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship just about anywhere in the world. All international custom orders will be delivered within 8 weeks of purchase.
